By accessing or using ReSync ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
You must create an account using Google OAuth to access the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years of age to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account information current.
ReSync offers three plans: Free (1 tailored CV), Starter (5 tailored CVs + cover letters), and Pro (unlimited CVs + cover letters). Paid plans are billed monthly at the rates displayed on the pricing page. Payments are processed securely through Paystack. You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
To ensure fair use and service quality, rate limits apply. Pro plan users may generate up to 5 tailored CVs per hour. These limits are subject to change and will be reflected on the pricing page.
You agree to use ReSync only for lawful purposes related to job seeking and career development. You may not use the Service to generate misleading, fraudulent, or deceptive content. You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service. Automated scraping or bulk access without permission is prohibited.
You retain ownership of all CV content, personal information, and documents you upload to ReSync. ReSync retains ownership of the platform, AI models, templates, and all proprietary technology. AI-generated suggestions and tailored content are provided as a tool to assist you; the final output incorporating your data belongs to you.
ReSync is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will result in job offers or interviews. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the Service in the preceding 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
